Reports to: CEO
Team Size: ~6 Members (Mix of full-time/part-time: Content writers, copywriters, designers, videographers, performance marketer). Working in Dubai office and remote.
1. Role Overview
We are a global Immersive Aerial Experience Studio transitioning from a drone-light-show startup to a premium, multi-technology entertainment company. We operate across the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, selling highly customized, six-figure ($50k - $100k+) shows to corporate entities, governments, and mega-event organizers.
We are seeking a "Brand & Growth Hybrid" to lead our global marketing. You must possess the creative "eye" to maintain our premium, luxury aesthetic across visual channels (like Instagram), while possessing the analytical "math" to build a rigorous B2B demand-generation funnel. You will direct an existing 6-person creative and performance team, shifting their output from "B2C awareness" to targeted, revenue-generating B2B campaigns.
2. Core Responsibilities
A. The "Luxury Storefront" (Brand Validation & Creative Direction)
- Creative Quality Control: Act as the "Brand Guardian." Direct our videographers and designers to ensure every Instagram Reel, YouTube video, and pitch deck feels like a luxury service that justifies a $50,000 - $100,000+ price tag.
- The Visual Portfolio: Strategically own our Instagram and visual platforms. Ensure they serve as the ultimate, high-end portfolio that instantly validates our credibility when a VIP client looks us up after a sales pitch.
- Global Localization: Adapt our visual and written brand for different cultural touchpoints, seamlessly managing localized campaigns for Dubai, Brazil, and Europe in multiple languages.
B. The "VIP Sales Engine" (B2B Demand Generation & ToFu Steering)
- Sales Alignment: Work directly with the CEO and (regional) Sales Director to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Transform the marketing department into a Top-of-Funnel (ToFu) machine that feeds the sales team.
- Targeted Campaign Execution: Oversee the performance marketer to run highly targeted Meta and Google ad campaigns aimed specifically at B2B decision-makers (Event Directors, PR Agencies, Government Tourism Boards).
- Metrics & ROI: Shift to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and overall pipeline revenue generated.
- Market Intelligence & Expansion: Identify new markets, analyze customer segments, and monitor competitors to support strategic expansion and strengthen Cyberdrone’s global market position.
C. Executive Thought Leadership, PR, & Events
- Personal Branding: Manage the LinkedIn presence and personal branding of the CEO and key Sales Team members, positioning them as international thought leaders in immersive entertainment technology.
- High-Value B2B Channels: Pivot focus toward channels that close enterprise deals: secure speaking slots at major industry panels, negotiate PR placements in event-industry trade magazines, and strategize direct-mail/face-to-face VIP events and exhibition presence.
- Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that enhance brand exposure, credibility, and access to new markets and audiences.
3. Technical Requirements & Skills
- The "Dual-Brain" Marketer: Must demonstrate both high-end creative taste (video/design direction) and rigorous analytical skills (CRM data, ROI calculation, ad-spend optimization).
- B2B / Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of marketing high-ticket services or products. You know how to market to a corporate Board or a major event agency.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing and extracting the best work from creative specialists (videographers, designers, writers).
- Multichannel Fluency: Deep understanding of how to take one core piece of content (e.g., a drone show recap video) and adapt it for Instagram (brand), LinkedIn (lead gen), and PR (authority).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, including a senior or leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation, preferably for high-value services or technology.
- Strong track record in brand development combined with revenue-driven marketing.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and managing enterprise sales funnels.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a marketing team.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to guide strategy.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
